EBYS sisteminden iletmekte olduğunuz “Bilgi İşlem Talep” formları 23.05.2024 Perşembe gününden itibaren kapatılacaktır.
Bilgi İşlem Müdürlüğü destek taleplerinizi https://bimdestek.yasar.edu.tr/ web sayfasından oluşturabilirsiniz.

Destek talep sistemine bilgisayar açılış / e-posta hesabınız olan kullanıcı adı ve şifreniz ile giriş yapabilirsiniz.

“Bölüm” Sekmesinden gerekli Bilgi İşlem birimini ve “Yardım Konusu” sekmesinden ilgili Birime ait konuyu seçmelisiniz. İlgili Birim ve Yardım Konusunu doğru seçmeniz size doğru birimin ulaşmasını ve sorunun daha kısa sürede çözülmesini sağlayacaktır.

Dear Academic and Administrative Staff of our University,

The “Information Technologies Request Form” that you are submitting through the EBYS system will be closed as of Thursday, 23.05.2024.
You can submit your IT Directorate support requests on the https://bimdestek.yasar.edu.tr/ web page.
You can log in to the support request system with your computer login / e-mail account username and password.
You must select the required IT unit from the “Department” Tab and the topic of the relevant Unit from the “Help Topic” tab. Choosing the relevant Unit and Help Topic correctly will ensure that the correct unit reaches you and the problem is resolved in a shorter time.
